Today in Science we started our Vascular Plant Experiment. Students began the experiment and wrote down their materials and hypothesis. Ask you children tonight what their hypothesis was and what they hope to see tomorrow. Check back tomorrow for our conclusion and analysis! Students also read about plant stems and leaves on pp. 54-56 today. Read it with them tonight and quiz them on the various parts of a plant!

Please ask your children to name the different componets of the microscope as well as to compare and contrast the plant and animal cells!
